PowerColor announces its first Radeon R9 285 graphics card.
This model is the only R9 285 PowerColor has made (so far). It’s a custom made card with TurboDuo cooling solution. PowerColor’s R9 285 is factory-overclocked to 945 MHz (versus reference 918 MHz), while the memory is left untouched at 5.5 GHz.
This Tonga-based card features 2GB GDDR5 memory, with 256bits wide bus. As you probably know R9 285 has 1792 cores, 112 Texture Units and 32 Raster Units.
PowerColor claims that their model supports DirectX12, but it’s not like DX12 has been made official, so we don’t know if all features are supported.
