AMD Gaming Evolved is slowly receiving all features from GeForce Experience

Yesterday Raptr has updated its AMD Gaming Evolved BETA utility.

First an foremost we have a small UI redesign. The previous version of Raptr utility looked almost exactly the same as GeForce Experience, so it’s nice to see Raptr finally made something on their own.

Game DVR Beta

Raptr has developed a ShadowPlay technology clone, which is called Game DVR. It is now possible to record (either manually or automatically) almost every game that is supported by Gaming Evolved utility. You can leave this feature enabled at default 15 seconds, or bump it up to 10 minutes. Automatic recording is supported only by AMD graphics cards and AMD APUs.

Twitch streaming has been updated and it received more in-depth video configuration. Probably the coolest addition is webcam support.

Gaming Evolved is still in BETA, and if you read the comments under Raptr blog post, then you will know how problematic can it be. Shortly put, there’s still room for improvement.
