In April NVIDIA announced their new mobile GeForce 700M series. Today, they fill their lineup with the high-end models, including GeForce GTX 780M, GTX 770M, GTX 765 and GTX 760M.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M
The GTX 780M is equipped with 1536 CUDA cores, which almost makes it a desktop GTX 680 in mobile factor. The card is clocked at 823 and 1250 MHz for base GPU clock and memory respectively. It also has a boost clock, but the exact speed depends on many things. This model can operate with the memory up to 4GB. With interface of 256-bit it has a bandwidth of 160 GB/s.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770M
The GTX 770M is equipped with a GK106 derivative with 960 CUDA cores, it also has a boost clock, while the base is clocked at 811 MHz. By default it comes with 3GB GDDR5 memory and 192-bit interface. The bandwidth is lower, since the memory clock is 4GHz.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M
The GTX 765M is also equipped with a GK106 GPU, only it has 768 CUDA cores. By default it has a 850 MHz clock and 2GB memory.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760M
GTX 760M is very similar to the GTX 765M, only the clock rate is lower (at 675 MHz).
All cards support GPU Boost 2.0.
