Arabpcworld leaked a picture of the MSI’s Radeon HD 7790. While there’s no detailed specification available at the moment, we can notice few things from this picture.
The MSI Radeon HD 7790 OC features 1GB of GDDR5 memory. Since this is an OC edition, it has a non-reference clocks. Unfortunately, we have to wait for more precise numbers here. I have not seen any HD 7790 model so far with a higher memory buffer, which means that the reference card will almost certainly arrive with only 1GB on board.
The card is using a similar design to Radeon’s HD 7850. The difference is in the number of the blue bars on the cooler shroud. The changes are not only limited to the new GPU and new cooler, since this particular model also has a new PCB and slightly smaller heat sink. This is probably all we can guess from this tiny picture. The price of the HD 7790 starts from €150 (the US pricing is not yet known). Overclocked models may cost a little more.
