If you somehow missed the announcement of the Radeon HD 7670 then you have a chance to meet a new card from this forgotten series.
According to Fudzilla, AMD is planning to introduce the new graphics card, presumably from HD 7600 series, which would feature a Cape Verde Pro GPU. The GPU is of course the same as the one on HD 7750. While the reference clock of HD 7750 is 800 MHz, the one mounted on the new card would be actually slower. The naming is not yet confirmed, but it seems that there will be two codenames for this card, with an exclusive branding of HD 7730 reserved for Russia (not quite sure why would they do that). There is also a possibility that the other specs will also be slightly changed. The source says that the HD 7650 would make use of the rejected SKUs from HD 7750.
If the naming is true, then the AMD Radeon HD 7670, which features 40nm Turks architecture, would actually be faster than this card. We have no information about the pricing yet, but this new Radeon card is surely targeting GeForce GTX 630 and GT 640, so expect a price between €50-90.
