Emtek Launches XENON and HV GeForce GTX660 Ti Graphics Cards

Emtek, a Korean graphics cards manufacturer, has launched three new cards.

Continuing with my interest in Asian market, I will show you another interesting brand. Emtek’s line-up includes two sub-brands, XENON and HV. XENON cards are based on Palit’s design, while HV card are similar to Galaxy and Gainward line-up. Company is also offering EVGA, Sapphire and PALIT cards separately.

Emtek added one XENON card – GTX 660Ti Master D5 2GB, which is basically a reference-based GTX 660 Ti card. You are probably familiar with this design, it’s a solid copy of Palit card. This blower type cooler is slightly different than full reference card from NVIDIA, while it’s covered in diamond shaped texture.

Card is clocked at reference speed o 915 MHz for base and 980 MHz for boost. Also the memory is left at stock speed of 6GHz.

Moving forward to HV cards. There are two. This one is featuring 3GB of memory and factory-overclocked clock of 1006 MHz. You should recolonize this design from Galaxy card, which is basically the same. This model is a full non-reference product, because it also has a modified PCB, which is equipped with 5+2 phase PWM. HV GTX660 Ti OE also features 8+6pin power connectors.

This model is also utilizing a non-reference PCB and cooling system. While the original Galaxy card is silver, this one is pure black. I know that there is also one card which looks the same, it’s a Chinese version of Gainward card, yeah, Gainward used Galaxy design. Despite the memory, this model technically is the same as the one mentioned above. It has the same clocks, the only difference is a color of the PCB – this one has black laminate.

Availability

All three cards will be available in Korea, price are not revealed.
