A member of Chiphell forums was able to get one of the upcoming Gigabyte cards – GTX 660 Ti WF2X Edition.
As I wrote earlier, this card is quite similar to the GTX 670 WF2X. It features the same WindForce 2X cooler, however due to some changes to the PCB, there is a missing portion of the central heatsink (left top). I’m not sure how would this affect the performance of the cooler, but the difference is rather slim to none.
The OC version comes with a base clock of 1033 MHz, while the boost reaches 1111MHz. Gigabyte did not overclock the memory which is set to 1502 MHz.
Thanks to more detailed pictures of the PCB we can now compare both models (660Ti and 670). It looks like all the GTX 660Ti cards are missing some memory slots. However this PCB is quite different – it looks like the entire power section has been moved to the back.
