Aqua Computer Releases GPU Water Block for Radeon HD 7970 & 7950 Video Cards - Legit Reviews
Aqua Computer has listed a full coverage GPU water block for the AMD Radeon HD 7970 and Radeon HD 7950 graphics card already! This was extremely quick if you ask us! The block is called the AquagrATIx 7900, the block provides full-coverage for the AMD Radeon HD 7970 PCB, which means the GPU, GDDR5 RAM and VRM are all being kept cooled. The block is manufactured from copper, with a stainless steel cover.

The AquagrATIx 7900 doesn’t include any fittings, but features the traditional pair of G1/4″ threads on the inlet and outlet holes. One of the most interesting things about this block is that they say it is compatible with Radeon HD 7950. This could mean that both cards share PCB designs. Aqua Computer is accepting orders for the blocks that are currently in production and should have them ready to ship in three weeks. The price for the AquagrATIx 7900 is €89.90 incl. 19 % Tax, which is right around $116 USD.

Combined GPU/RAM/VRM-cooler for graphics cards of the type ATI / AMD HD 7970 and 7950 with 3072 MB RAM (Tahiti XT/PRO GPU) according to reference design. This cooler combines the features of a graphics chip cooler and RAM-coolers in an elegant and very flat watercooler. Additionally the voltage regulators are also cooled effectively. The cooler is manufactured out of copper with a stainless steel cover, the connection terminal is made of Delrin. We recommend straight plug&cool connectors as fittings.
