While AMD released their 6900 Series NVIDIA was preparing their mid-end graphics GeForce GTX 560, which is likely to target Radeon HD 6950 as opponent.

ExPreview released a screenshot of GPU-Z probably running with GeForce GTX 560. Actually we learn nothing more than we already knew. Specification is almost identical to the one we present on our website (which is almost one month old).

GeForce GTX 560 will be build on 384 CUDA cores, 32 Raster Operation Units. Memory buffer will be limited to 1024MB GDDR5 running on 256bit bus width.
Core clock is set to 820MHz, while Shaders will run at 1640MHz and memory 4000MHz effective.

You can always check our website dedicated to GTX 560 specification, where we put the latest available specification.
