There are pictures showing the Radeon HD4850 X2 – video card from Sapphire. This is a card made up of two RV770 cores. Which performance will be slightly lower than the Radeon HD4870 X2. Price will also be slightly lower.

In addition card will equiped with 2 GB of GDDR3 memory with 256-bit memory and more energy-efficient cooling than used in cards based on the same RV770 core. They use two separate radiators cooling – core fans. GPU will be manufactured in 55nm technology.

Not only performance card will be high, the demand for energy will not be small either. PCB will be mounted with two outlet plugs and sockets: 6-speed, and 8-pin. Scheduled premiere of the card is to take place next month.
