GeForce 8200 with Hybrid SLI at the beginning of 2008

Already in the first quarter of 2008 years nVidia will present a new chipset code name MCP78V, who was baptized as a GeForce 8200. It will include an integrated graphics card, compatible with the new Hybrid SLI, which will offer several features seen so far.

First, after inserting an additional graphics card is compatible with Hybrid SLI, you can combine the power of both cards in order to achieve greater liquidity for example, in 3D games. To the benefit of all holders of slower graphics cards such as GeForce 8400 or 8500, who will receive in this manner about a dozen per cent higher productivity.

Secondly, if the system will be charged to a small extent, external GPU will be physically disabled, and all graphics will be an integrated solution graphics in the chipset. This would translate into smaller secretion of heat and reduced power consumption.
