According to WCCFtech a picture of NVIDIA GeForce GTX 690 has been leaked. It is blurry and there is no detailed specifications coming with it. Dual-chip GTX 690 is planned for May

GeForce GTX 690, a card based on dual-GK104 gpu, will likely be released around May. It is based on 3072 CUDA cores, it should have 256 texture units and 64 raster operating units. Card may have up to 4GB of GDDR5 memory with 256-bit interface.

Card will probably require two 8-pin power connectors, a possible TDP is measured around 330W. According to WCCFtech, each GPU will have its own 5 Phase VRM.

GeForce GTX 690 price is not yet revealed but we should expect it to be around $799.
