Radeon HD 7770 Pictured (Again) and Tested
Thanks to recognized Chiphell member BigPao007, we can see how Radeon HD 7770 looks in detail, yet again.
Radeon HD 7770 is based on Cape Verde XT core which is 164 square millimeters in size. It features 896 stream processors and 56 texture units. It also has 16 raster operating units. It is build to work with 2GB of 128bit GDDR5 memory. Reference clock is set to 1 GHz, while memory is clocked at 1375 MHz.
The card is supporting DirectX 11.1 and is PCI-Express 3.0 compiliant. It requires one 6pin power connector which will provide 90-100 Wats of power.
We have also first leaked benchmarks of Radeon HD 7770. The card was tested on Core i5 3550K with 8.940 RC2 drivers.

- 3Dmark06: 18143(SM2.0: 6785, HDR: 8086, CPU: 6390)
- 3Dmark11 Extreme Preset: X1077 (GPU: 965)
- 3Dmark11 Performance Preset: P3421 (GPU: 3138)
Radeon HD 7770 has around 43% of Radeon HD 7970′s performance. It is comparable to GeForce GTX 560 TI 384 results, slower than Radeon HD 6870 or 5850 though.
