Sapphire HD6670 Low Profile Review @ HardwareHeaven

Sapphire HD6670 Low Profile Review @ HardwareHeaven radeon 6670
It’s hard to believe it but the 6670, despite being a great option for a compact system or HTPC, has never had a low profile, single slot model available to buy. Cards based on this GPU have all been full height with thicker heatsinks. That said, some of these larger models have been rather impressive with versions such as the passively cooled Sapphire Ultimate Edition we looked at back in May scoring well in our reviews.

Sapphire has identified the gap in the market though and have today announced their low profile compatible, single slot Radeon 6670. We have one on our test bench and will be looking at its performance in the latest titles, including Modern Warfare 3, Battlefield 3 and Skyrim as well as video tasks to find out how well it fits the needs of gamers and media enthusiasts.
