Although its rumored release date is March 15, the GF116-based GeForce GTX 550 Ti is already making some appearances, with at least one model (made by PNY) being found on pre-order in multiple European stores.

The incoming GeForce 500 series card is supposed to have 192 CUDA Cores, GPU and shader clocks of 900 and 1800 MHz, respectively, a 128-bit memory interface, 1GB of GDDR5 VRAM @ 4100 MHz, a TDP of 110W and SLI support. One mini HDMI and two DVI outputs are also on-board.

At this time PNY’s GeForce GTX 550 Ti is priced as low as €157.30, putting it in the zone of factory-overclocked GeForce GTX 460s.
