ASUS GTX580 DirectCU II SLI Review @ Guru3D

ASUS GTX580 DirectCU II SLI Review @ Guru3D geforce gtx 580
There’s big, there’s large, there’s huge and then there’s just downright colossal — well that sums up the review for today as in all fronts (features, performance and sure yeah, size) the product tested today is simply put … HUGE.

ASUS shortly ago released a new version in the flagship series of NVIDIA graphics card, the GeForce GTX 580. They customized the graphics card itself, overclocked it, allow even more tweaking and to top it off, they placed a three slot wide cooling solution on it.

The end-result is very impressive though, a very highly tweakable product that remains inaudible and gives you a lot of leash in the eternal matters of overclocking.

They call it the GTX 580 DirectCU-II and it is one big momma !

Now one is cool and fun, but heck we have plenty o’ space in our test-environment, so why not hog up 6 PCIe slots and put two of these babies in SLI ?

Heck yeah ! So this article will cover a review on the ASUS GTX 580 DirectCU-II, next to that we’ll focus on SLI gaming today as we have two cards at our disposal.
