HIS waved the ‘Overkill’ flag high as it introduced a low-end Radeon HD 5450 with passive cooling that packs no less than 2GB of on-board DDR3 memory. The VRAM-overdosed card has 80 Stream Processors, GPU/memory clocks of 650/1000 MHz, and D-Sub, DVI and HDMI outputs.
