HIS has just released a new Radeon card for the PCI-Express-less motherboards: a low-profile Radeon HD 5450 that comes with a passive cooler, has a GPU clock of 650 MHz, 512MB of DDR3 memory @ 1000 MHz and features a PCI interface.

HIS’ card packs 80 Stream Processors, provides D-Sub, DVI and HDMI outputs, and can be purchased for $95. Well, exotic hardware doesn’t come cheap.
