NVIDIA intros Quadro NVS 300

NVIDIA has launched the NVS 300, an interesting low profile card with passive cooling aimed at business users rather than gamers or design professionals. The NVS 300 replaces the NVS 295 and should offer better performance-per-watt and a 25 percent reduction in overall power consumption.
The big news is 8-monitor support, which is quite impressive from such an affordable card. NVIDIA claims the card will improve user productivity. The MSRP stands at $149 and the card will be available in PCIe x16 and x1 versions.
