ATI Radeon HD 4290 Graphics Card with ECS A890GX Chipset a SolutionComing up with an power-efficient solution for the High Definition visual computing, AMD has unveiled its ATI Radeon HD 4290 graphics card with chipset AMD 890GX, which in turn offers to hold DirectX 10.1 graphics on the mainboard. With ATI CrossFireX technology, it houses two ATI Radeon Premium video cards. AMD 890GX can adjust into AMD’s Fusion and Vision resulting in a combination of processing and graphics wings giving a convenient package.

The initiators will be satisfied; while for those who desire more, Radeon cards from 5400 series to the 5800s and CrossFire X multi-cards can be added.

Merely DDR3 RAM support, backing system for analog VGA and digital DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort video outputs, fixed DDR3 Sideport RAM’s amount, these are some main highlights in the chipset block diagram. And one more feature added is native support for 6 GBps SATA 3. This feature makes it possible for the board’s internal and external SATA ports to make use of recently launched standard without any added accessories required.

The availability and costing of AMD ATI Radeon HD 4290 graphics card with the AMD 890GX chipset has not yet been made concrete.
